GAO Si, a PhD student at QUB, joined openLCA.conf 2025 in Berlin on life cycle assessment. The conference emphasizes the research and application of LCA software, and shares the latest advancement. Topics like LCA in food and agriculture, alternative materials, renewable fuels and energy systems, advancing LCI and LCA for policy etc. were introduced in the conference, and many academic studies were presented by presentations and posters. GAO has made great communication with other university representatives, and the international LCA-based system such as EPD Int. representatives.
